Modern Warfare 3 Coming This Fall, Rumored Details
Another year, another Call of Duty game. Surprising absolutely no one, a new game in the series will launch this year according to Kotaku.
A close source says it will push all sorts of envelopes, including destructible environments and a much grander scale. Apparently it’ll be multiple attacking countries giving off a WWIII vibe. Also a strong rumor, the gutted Infinity Ward will be handling it but Sledgehammer Games (which has the lead mind behind the masterpiece that is the original Dead Space) is working on it alongside Raven Software, which made super underrated games such as X-Men Wolverine: Origins and Singularity.
While details are rumors, they seem viable as they need to broaden the scope of the series or change it up to avoid being stale.
I just can’t shake the reason why they need to make a Call of Duty game every year. I’ll be posting an editorial but here’s a sneak peak: I’m not super down with this.
What are your thoughts on a new Call of Duty game? How stoked are you? Let me know in the comments.
